Mission Arlington: They Made It!

Well our MA2014 team rolled out at 6am yesterday morning, packed like sardines into two vehicles. We have 18 people on this trip, and I am so excited to see how God will use them, stretch them, and bless them through this. 

They made great time and were in Arlington by 6pm! Way to go guys! They grab some dinner and got settled into their new home for the week. Mission Arlington is a huge ministry- a Salvation Army on steriods as Justin would say- and they have apartments that have been given to them all over the city. This is what our team is staying in. It is basically a completely empty two bedroom apartment that has seen better days. The condition is pretty rough compared to what our team is used to. But they figured out how to stuff them all in, and Beth says they even have space for a few more 😉. 

I cannot verify if Doris is reading an appropriate book or not :-) haha just kidding!
