Mission Arlington 2014: Day Five-Last Day!
Well today was our teams last day in Arlington. Didn't that go fast? I didn't get very many pictures from the teamtoday though.
Apparently last night they went to an outdoor concert after dinner. Just a few pics of that.
Today they went to the village apartment complex and went door to door handing out bread, baby food, and adult diapers to anyone who needed them for the service project.
It was their last day of rainbow express, which is always heartbreaking. You connect with these kids so quickly, and then in the blink of an eye you have to leave again, it's hard.
Pray for safe travels home!! Also for all the people they have shared with this week to really grow.

Mission Arlington 2014: Day Four!
The team woke up pretty sleepy from kids camp last night 😉.
But they soon woke up and had a very full and wonderful day! They sent me a TON of pictures today! Yay!
They delivered furniture this morning as their service project.
This afternoon they had 29 kids come to Rainbow Express! All of our people have been taking turns leading different parts and sharing testimonies. Today several students had one on one talks with the kids about Christ.
(This is Brett's buddy for the week. Apparently he plays a golf game on Brett's phone on the walk home everyday, so Brett makes sure he doesn't run into anything, ha! )
One more day! Pray for extra energy to push hard till the end. Pray for the gospel to click in these kids hearts, and for more to accept the gospel. Pray that those who have accepted would grow in their faith and it would take a firm root in their lives. Pray that each of them learns how to take what God is helping them step up to do there and do it here in their everyday life too. And pray for safety as the team heads home.
